Personalized Princess Books -- National Princess Week Resources & Giveaway

Disclosure: I was sent these books to review free of charge in exchange for an honest review by I See Me! Inc. All opinions in this post are my own. I did not receive any other compensation for this review.

Happy National Princess Week!! It began yesterday. Now as I have stated I am sharing some of my resources for teaching Hazel about princesses that are not all frilly and fancy. However there is a time for that. Today's post is sharing my favorite frilly princess books. They are personalized and have a child's name in it and some even have a photo of the child. The first book I am My Royal Birthday Adventure for girls or Hazel's Royal Birthday Adventure by Jennifer Dewing and illustrated by Valerie Sokolowz.

Besides having her name on the cover this book has her name throughout the stories. The pictures in this book never show the front of the girl in the story, so you do not know the skin and hair color.

However the child's name is throughout the book in the story and in the pictures. See Hazel on the flags on the page above. This story is about a great birthday adventure and is the perfect gift for a young girl on her birthday. We are saving ours for Hazel's next birthday.

In the story the child is taken to a magical kingdom where she is a princess and a large party is planned for celebrating her birthday. The person purchasing the book can even give names for the guest list. We used friends and family.
The book is fun and any time Hazel gets a personalized book she loves it. She loves seeing her name in the book and loves having the story about her. It is such a special gift for any child.

To go with this wonderful personalized book is Hazel's Royal Princess Adventure Coloring and Activity Book by Jennifer Dewing and illustrated by Dominque Chirinclue.  This book not only has her name in the title but also has her full name on the cover with Colored by. It is a book that has a story as well as coloring pages and activity pages.

This story is similar to the Royal Birthday Adventure story. The girl is brought to the kingdom for a magical adventure where she is princess and getting ready for a party.

In both of these books the girl is given a crown as a final gift before returning home, so she will always remember how special she is. This is such an important lesson for our girls to hear.

Now in our giveaway you have a choice of My Royal Birthday Adventure or Princess Personalized Book which we reviewed last year for National Princess Week. Princess Personalized Book has the child's photograph in it as well her name.
